Refund policy

We do not accept returns on food items unless it is defective, damaged, or if there is a receiving discrepancy. To ensure your claim can be processed and not denied for any damage or receiving discrepancies with your order, all claims must be received within 30 days of delivery.

To file a claim, please call Customer Service at 1-800-547-0244 or send us an email at info@mountainhouse.com. Please note that you must provide the "Best By" date and coding which can be found printed on the back of our pouches, on the bottom of our #10 Cans, and on the cases of our buckets and kits.
